Barn owls are found throughout the UK in open countryside and farmland, and can often be seen on roadside verges. Despite their famously silent flight, it’s still possible to hear barn owls - their high-pitched screech is unmistakable.
Our beautiful barn owl has been skilfully hand-carved from Indonesian albizia, known locally as 'silk tree', and then hand-painted with fantastic colourful detail.
